Proximal, medial shaft of the Tibia at the pes anserinus tendon

Coxal Joint (Hip)
Flexion

Tibiofemoral Joint (Knee)
Flexion
Medial Rotation of the flexed knee
Interesting Facts:
Interesting facts about the sartorius muscle:
Known as the tailor’s muscle. Tailors would sit with their legs crossed while they sewed and would have pain along the path of the sartorius muscle. The sartorius is the longest muscle in the body. The sartorius is also one of the muscles that make up the pes anserinus tendon, also known as the Goose's Foot.
